First published in 1981, John Williamson’s iconic ballad ‘True Blue‘ is set to provide the perfect backdrop for a new arena spectacular at the 2009 Sydney Royal Easter Show in April. ‘The Story of True Blue‘ will be the centrepiece of this year’s Show. It is a tale of courage, mateship and adventure, told through the travels of an Australian Stumpy Tail Cattle Dog called Bluey. ‘The Story of True Blue‘ will show nightly in the NAB Arena from 7:30pm. And for the first three nights (9th, 10th & 11th April), John Williamson will appear live to sing ‘True Blue‘ together with other crowd favourites at the close of the production. It promises to be a fantastic experience for all.
